This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified Careers Adviser to play a key role in the development of our careers programme at Ralph Allen School.
You will provide professional careers advice, guidance and support to students, delivering high-quality and informative 1:1 and group sessions. You will also assist the Deputy Headteacher with the organisation and coordination of large careers events and work experience programmes.
This role offers a chance to make a real difference to our pupils’ experiences at Ralph Allen, by ensuring they are well supported and guided to achieve their full potential throughout their time at school, enabling them to progress successfully to the next stage of their lives.
We would love to hear from you if you enjoy supporting pupils from year 9 to 13 through impartial and meaningful 1:1 conversations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of working in schools, who enjoys talking to young people, is efficient in their communication and embraces juggling competing pressures in a busy work environment.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach, who would like to work collaboratively. In addition to this you will be willing to work towards a level 6 qualification in careers advice and guidance if you haven’t already got this.
Please visit the Palladian Academy Trust website for full details and application forms.
