PolyMAT is a small and ambitious MAT with a unique family feel that is seeking an Office Manager. Our vision is ‘Success for Everyone’ and the successful candidate will help deliver this for our schools. We currently have three schools in our Trust: Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, a long-successful boys’ school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls that opened in 2019, and Bannockburn Primary School, a large successful primary that joined the Trust on 1st November 2023. We also have our flourishing Sixth Form provision which is co-educational.
Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join their friendly and dedicated office team, to provide efficient and effective support in managing the day-to-day running of the school office.
The ideal candidate will be a competent administrator with strong interpersonal skills, be confident in their approach and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail. The role will require the ability to prioritise their workload and manage the administration team whilst co-ordinating the work of others to appropriate deadlines.
All duties associated with this role will require the highest standards of professionalism in terms of manner, conduct and appearance. This role also demands high levels of literacy competency as all written communication must be in Standard English.
