We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Reset Base Manager to provide support to students. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school internal exclusion facility, monitoring the behaviour and attitudes of students and providing a high level of pastoral care, which supports student progress and attainment.
The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the life chances of students and will hold a genuine belief that all children are capable of academic success. The role will require a calm approach, clarity in communication and the upholding of high standards. Ultimately, we are looking for a team player who works well with others and understands the importance of children being in their lessons to make the best progress.
Whilst previous pastoral experience will be an advantage, we would welcome applications from candidates who are capable of dealing with sensitive and confidential issues and who have the ability to relate to young people, parents and staff.
